core rules

you are ordering a unique piece of artwork. this process is streamlined for both the commissioner and the artist. familiarize yourself with the rules on this page before submitting a commission.

1. be as clear as possible: specify the scenario in detail and provide links to relevant reference sheets.
2. be sensible: you must abide by all laws and rules in your jurisdiction before proceeding. commissions are only available to adults (18+).
3. we are not responsible if a commissioner misrepresents themselves or provides false information.
4. additional revisions should be ordered in advance via jotform.
5. all communication should be commission-related. non‑relevant messages will be ignored; continued off-topic or disrespectful talk won't be tolerated and may result in cancellation.
6. use common sense: if something feels off, or does not align with the overall tone within the gallery, it will likely be declined.
7. failure to provide sufficient details will result in the commission being denied.
8. if you don't hear back within 24 hours after submitting a commission, it likely means you were denied for any of these reasons.
9. work begins after payment is received. full turnaround depends on detail, revisions, and processing.
10. after completion, you may choose to be attributed in the upload description or remain anonymous.

payment:

ko-fi : dedicated supporter page with secure payment and guest checkout available. includes the option to tip the artist additionally.

zelle (requires compatible bank): backup method in the event the primary processor is unavailable.

revision policy

• one minor adjustment is included free during the sketch stage.
  • this included revision to sketch art work will include basic colors that can be adjusted to your preference as well.
• all preview images and work-in-progress updates will include a visible watermark. the final commissioned artwork will be delivered without watermarks.

revisions:

• +1 revision: +$10 (sketch + line art)
• +2 revisions: +$20 (sketch, line art, coloring)
• +3 revisions: +$30 (sketch, line art, coloring, shading)
• discuss each purchased revision at the stage by which it applies. please be as detailed as possible specifying what you would like revised, including additional references where applicable.
• major changes after coloring usually require a new commission or submission of additional payment, if available. plan carefully and use the free sketch revision to finalize key details early.

no personal information or sensitive data is ever requested or saved as part of this process.

process

1. submit the commission request via jotform.
sure to provide all relevant details.
2. if approved, you will be contacted over discord messaging within 24 hours with payment instructions. it's expected that your dms are open for this.
3. payment is facilitated securely via ko-fi, after which you will be added to the commission queue.
4. the included sketch art revision plus any additional ones you have ordered in advance will be communicated via discord.
   • important: when communicating revisions, please be as clear and specific as possible. each confirmed revision moves the project to the next stage. any additional changes beyond that point require purchasing a new revision for the following stage.
   • off-topic or disrespectful communication won't be acknowledged and may lead to cancellation of your commission. communication via messaging should only be facilitated through personal dms only.
5. final art is posted to official feeds after completion unless you choose to privately commission (you won't be attributed in the upload description). you will automatically be given a full download of your commissioned work.
6. the terms and conditions laid out are subject to change.

1. q: do you take other payment methods?
   a: available payment options are always listed on this page. methods subject to change based on platform availability and other factors.
2. q: can you adjust the prices?
   a: prices remain non-negotiable and must be paid in full before work begins. returning clients receive 10% loyalty discount. payment processor errors receive 10% adjustment per incident (max 20%).
3. q: when does work start?
   a: once paid and confirmed, you are added to the commission queue immediately.
4. q: what if i don’t hear back?
   a: if there’s no reply within 24 hours of your form submission, it likely means the commission was declined under one or more of the stated rules.

we do not claim ownership of any characters unless explicitly stated. all rights remain with their respective creators. all characters depicted, whether commissioned or otherwise, are over 18 years of age. commissioned works are original interpretations, not intended for commercial redistribution, and the artworks themselves are protected under copyright belonging to the original artist. no artificial intelligence tools are used in the creation of these works, and the artist does not consent to their art being processed through machine learning or sampled by ai systems.
